We collect account/session identifiers, build request metadata, channel events, and firmware transfer status to deliver compile orchestration and support incident diagnosis.
What we do not collect
We do not require permanent device telemetry for basic compile execution. Only runtime data needed for job processing and reliability analytics is stored.
Retention and deletion
Logs and artifacts are retained according to plan-aware policy windows. Users can request data review through the contact channel listed on the Contact page.
